The present study includes a total of 13 Bulgarian municipalities, situated along the border between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia. The municipalities are the following: Bregovo, Boynitsa, Kula, Makresh, Belogradchik, Chuprene, Chiprovtsi, Georgi Damyanovo, Godech, Dragoman, Trun, Trekliano and Kyustendil. The current study encompasses a total of thirteen municipalities along the border of the Republic of Serbia.
