The open pit Veliki Krivelj is a copper mine which operates within RTB Bor Group in Serbia. In 1998 a combined haulage system involving the initial dump truck haulage, crusher, belt conveyor and a boom spreader for waste disposal was designed and installed in order to reduce the costs on overburden removal. The designed productivity of the system is 4 700 t/h and it will be fully operational in the next few weeks.
