A holistic approach to the design of ecological online services has been developed. The approach is based on the concept of the Internet of Things. Available online data includes local meteorological information and information on GPS coordinates of traffic flows. It allows to calculate in several seconds micro-weather characteristics, parameters of chemical and noise pollution of atmospheric air and parameters of algal processes of lakes and reservoirs.
