The influence of oil pollution on the set of indicators such as barley productivity, availability of macro- and microelements and also enzyme activity of the soils was profoundly investigated. The researched objects were the arable horizons of both leached chernozem and soddy podzolic soils, containing different amount of oil (2000 mg/kg, 3000 mg/kg).
