The monolithic pattern of rocks from two large intrusive massifs in the Fennoscandian Shield is assessed by analyzing their macro- and microfracturing. Macro- and microfracturing was analyzed on rapakivi granites from the Neoproterozoic Salmi multi-phase massif and gabbrodolerite from the Paleoproterozoic Ropruchei sill.
