The purpose of the study was the introduction and cultivation using green technologies of a perennial aromatic plant species - Iris pallida Lam. (Dalmatian iris or sweet iris, Iridaceae Juss.), widely recognized for its highly decorative and perfumery production, in the humid subtropical climate of the Batumi Botanical Garden, followed by its study for the content of biologically active substances.
