Ulukisla (Nigde/Turkey) evaporites that compose the study area are situated in Ulukisla Basin at the east of Nigde, South of Central Anatolia. The aim of the study is to investigate the geological, mineralogical and geochemical properties of the gypsum and anhydrites in Ulukisla Evaporites and to determine usage area of the evaporites as an industrial material.
