This paper is an analysis of 521 students who were successful applicants for the dual/cooperative study program Production Technology and Organisation (PTO) at the University of Applied Sciences FH Joanneum in Graz/Austria. Due to the Bologna Process, the program had to change its organisational structure from an 8-semester diploma program to 6-semester Bachelor + 4-semester Master program.
