APPROACH TO THE AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF RULES FOR A FUZZY CONTROLLER IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING WITH A TEACHER

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Jaafer Daiebel, Nikolai Sergeev)

The authors propose an algorithm for automatically constructing rules for control subsystems, which can be attributed to fuzzy regulators. Numeric variables used to obtain information about the control object and control actions by which a human operator controls the object in the work are presented in the form of linguistic variables. The membership functions of these variables are constructed as a result of an expert survey. The example describes the operation of the simplest odd regulator with readymade rules. ...

THE ONTOLOGY-BASED METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE OBJECTS- GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS FROM PRE-PROCESSED DIGITAL IMAGES FOR APPLIED PHOTOGRAMMETRY

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Alexey Samoylov, Nikolai Sergeev, Ivan Polovko, А. И. Волошин)

One of the main processes of functioning of digital measuring systems is image analysis. For photogrammetric systems, such tasks involve searching, counting the number of objects of a given type, followed by determining their geometric characteristics. The main problem that impedes the direct application of methods is the provision of a given level of measurement error. Methods, depending on their specific combinations and input parameters, can give different results. This is due both to the quality of the image i...

THE SYSTEM OF METRICS FOR ASSESSING AND PREDICTING THE INTERACTION OF A SOCIAL NETWORK USERS

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Nikolai Sergeev, Alexey Samoylov, Sergey Gushansky, Ivan Polovko)

Analysis of social networks is one of the promising areas of research. In addition to the development of a mathematical apparatus that allows processing the extracted data, it is of interest to identify new characteristics of user interaction. In the case of researching social networks, one of the important problems is the definition of a digital portrait of a user based on the consolidation and preliminary processing of open data from his profiles. To solve this problem, the authors previously proposed a model fo...

ADAPTIVE SELECTION OF THE CHANNELS OF SMALL APERTURE SEISMIC ARRAYS FOR CROSS-CORRELATION PROCESSING

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, S. I. Sergeev)

The development of methods for automatic preprocessing of observational data of small-aperture seismic arrays that precede the detection and identification of seismic events by the method of waveform cross-correlation is considered. Preprocessing is based on adaptive channel selection. The methods developed by us provide for the calculation of the quality metrics of the seismic channel by means of spectral and amplitude analysis of records. The selection of channels is based on the correspondence of the quality of...

THE APPROACH FOR OBTAINING INDIRECT CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERACTIONS BETWEEN ACTORS FROM OPEN DATA OF SOCIAL NETWORKS

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Nikolai Sergeev)

The number of active users of social networks according to the latest Global Digital Statshot report from We Are Social and Hootsuite has exceeded three billion. This fact makes social networks the one of perspective sources of information for carrying out analytics of various kinds. The particular interest from a scientific point of view is the identification of interactions between individual actors and social groups. Since a significant part of the interactions are personal data, which are closed for general re...

GIS-CARTOGRAPHY OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND THEIR LOCATION IN THE LANDSCAPES OF RIVER VALLEY ORTOLYK IN THE HOLOCENE (SOUTH-EASTERN ALTAI)

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Anastasia Glebova, I. Sergeev, Ksenia Shelest)

The mapping of the archaeological sites from different historical periods and the analysis of their location over the landscape give us the opportunity to obtain an overall picture of human settlement on the territory in times past. A region located in the valley of the river Ortolyk (South-Eastern Altai, Russia) was selected as an example. In order to analyse landscape location of the archaeological sites the archaeological and landscape maps were created by use of the program ArcGIS 10.1. The cartographic method...

PROGNOSTICATION THE LOCATION OF ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES BASED ON GIS ANALYSIS OF THE UKOK PLATEAU (ALTAI MOUNTAINS)

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Anastasia Glebova, I. Sergeev, N. Bykov)

The Ukok plateau is located in the southern part of the Altai Mountains on the altitude of 2200 пїЅ 2500 meters above sea level, at the junction of state borders of Mongolia, China, Kazakhstan and Russia. Despite the severe climatic conditions, the territory was populated and developed by representatives of numerous cultures, who had left their traces up to the present day in the form of numerous archaeological sites. The archaeologists investigated the location of the majority of archaeological sites. However, wi...
