MEASUREMENT LEVEL OF UNDERGROUND WITH BERSI 07 DEVICE

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2009, I. Zeqiri, B. Sinani)

Studying the level of the underground waters nowadays is very important; therefore it is more than necessary to improve and study more this field, but always moving towards the digitalization of various devices. For this purpose we have constructed a device which measures the level of the underground waters, the device named BerSi 07 is a device which measures the level of the underground waters, flux of ground water, direction of movement of underground waters, active radius, hydrolines, hydraulic gradient, the d...

THE ANALYSING OF THE MICROCLIMATIC PARAMETERS AT THE 10TH HORIZON OF THE “TREPCA” MINE IN STAN TERG AND THEIR INFLUENCE TO THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2009, M. Hetemi, S. Kastrati, I. Zeqiri, H. Nuredini)

Most important factors that made them feeling tired or overloaded in underground, were heat factor and other microclimatic factors influencing working environment deterioration. Mine modernism made those influences become lower rapidly, however, increasing the mine depth, made underground microclimate conditions get worse, as a lack of the fresh air and continuous problems to increase the air content. Microclimatic parameters in the Trepca mine were considered, emphasising horizon 10th and their influence in heat ...

THE VENTILATION PROBLEMS AT THE DEEP HORIZONS OF THE TREPCA MINE IN STANTERG

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2009, I. Zeqiri, S. Kastrati, S. Kelmendi, M. Hetemi, R. Zeqiri)

Providing of the healthy environment at the mining activity spaces of each horizon or working fronts, is issues that is discussed and is imposed at all decision making levels and afterwards implementation of the exploitation activity of a source. It starts from the preparation of the visibility study and after in compilation of detailed projects, of exploitation flow and finally implementation of control. The ventilation problem is very important because it can cause danger and accidents, professional diseases, po...

DETERMINATIONS OF LIABLE FACTORES OF DUSTY IN SIDE AREA AND OUT SIDE AREA IN KEK - (ENERGY CORPORATION OF KOSOVA)

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2008, H. Nuredini, I. Zeqiri, M. Hetemi, K. Zeqiri)

Main objective in this study is research of dangerous dust in working area at the KEK, which inflict many professionals’ illnesses. This study will treat and determinate “Dangerous Coefficient” in duty of the working time, which will create fast monitoring condictions in the working area. In this case will be easy to take preventive actions with regards to procetions workers health.

TECHNICAL ECONOMICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION OF VESTIGE MATERIAL EXPLOITATION FROM THE TREPCA MINES

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2008, S. Kastrati, M. Hetemi, I. Zeqiri)

Actual circumstances of the old storages are treated, created from the enrichment processes in the Trepca Flotation plant, Kishnica’s and Albanik (ex Leposavic) mines. According to the existing documentation there are dragged out more than 60m ton of rich minerals with Pb, Zn, Ag, Au, pyrite and other minerals from Trepca mines. This process was developed in the flotation plants of Stanterg, Kishnica and Albanik mines, achieved in a dispersive complex, as well as during the physical-chemical process. The separat...

LIGNITE COMBUSTION BYPRODUCTS-FLY ASH USE POSIBILITIES IN KOSOVA AND THEIR IMPACT IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2007, I. Krasniqi, SH. Kelmendi, I. Zeqiri)

The main purpose of this work was to analyze possibilities for application of lignite byproducts- fly ash from Kosova Power Plants in other industry branches and for filling of old underground mines and see the positive impact in environmental protection. The Kosova lignite-fired power generation industry produces millions tones of fly ash each year. Only small amount of this fly ash is used, with most being considered a waste. This waste must be disposed of in an environmentally acceptable way at a cost which is ...

NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR NEW LIGNITE POWER PLANTS IN KOSOVA THE WAY TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

(SGEM Scientific GeoConference, 2007, I. Zeqiri, I. Krasniqi, S. Abdullahu, I. Ejza)

This paper summarizes potential modern technologies for large scale power generation based on lignite which should be used in Kosova. A part of the study was done to review modern power plant technologies currently available potential technical concepts for large scale power generation on lignite taking in account their high moisture contents. Reference is also be made to the importance of low rank coals-lignite in the international scene. The combination of the high moisture content and high reactivity of low lig...
