The deposits of the Legnicko-G?ogowski Cooper District (SW Poland) are located in Permian sedimentary rocks. They are formed by accumulated cooper sulphides which occur in sandstones, shales and carbonates. The most important lithological layer among the mentioned ones is shale, as its level indicates the location of a deposit.
