The paper presents a study case concerning the application of the Quality Management in the Danube Environmental Center from the Romanian University of Science and Arts ‘’Gh. Cristea ‘‘, from Bucharest. This center is founded as a target from the Danube Rector Conference to move the attention of the Universities and the Community for the new concept of the Europe versus the sustainable development, the environment education and the geopolitical strategy of the Danube River.
