DelPat program makes possible to design of blasting operations and cost estimation with ground vibration analysis arising from blasting. In this study, these applications of DelPat program were used for blasting works in excavation of Boyabat Dam and H.P.P. (Hydroelectric Power Plant) construction and the results were researched extensively.
