On the basis of the mathematical model of acoustic field behind the first line of buildings [1] is created program insurance for PC and operational system WindowsВ®. In the course of years in the engineering practice are formed mathematical procedures which are marked as “engineering calculations”. We will characterize the engineering calculations with the following specific features: • the engineering calculations are pointedly pragmatic; • the engineering calculations are based on working formulas; • the results are approximate; • the engineering calculations are developed by experts and should be applied by experts.
