Using data from the Eurostat datasets on employee computer and internet use (ISOC_CI_CM_PN2, measured as a percentage of total employment) and resource productivity (ENV_AC_RP, measured in Euro per kilogram) across the European Union between 2014 and 2022, this paper investigates the potential effects of these technologies on sustainability efforts within companies.
