REGULARITIES OF DISTRIBUTION OF BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF MAIN TYPES AND SUBTYPES OF SOILS OF VERTICAL ZONALITY OF NORTHERN TIEN SHAN

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Mazurkiewicz, Jakub, Vavrinova, N., Longauerova, V., Petrik, J.)

Soil animals by their size are usually subdivided into 5 groups: nano-, micro-, meso-, macrofauna and megafauna. Mesofauna is the most numerous part of soil animals. The mesofauna is represented by mokritsa, enchytraeids, insects, centipedes, spiders, mollusks, etc. Soil animals occupy, basically, the upper horizons (up to 20-40 cm deep), in dry areas only certain species penetrate to a depth of several meters. Mesofauna, along with other soil organisms, can be used as a bioindicator. In addition to the high abund...

DEVELOPMENT OF THE METHOD OF MILK PRODUCTS ANALYSIS BY HEADSPACE SOLID-PHASE MICROEXTRACTION WITH GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Alimzhanova, M.B., Sergaina, M.M., Kapar, Tukenova, Z.A.)

Demand of dairy products, especially yogurts, increases year to year in Kazakhstan; it has a significant contribution to the market, developing the range of yogurts. Due to its wide consumption and acceptance, science interests on the analysis of dairy products. However not all method are able to analyze the composition of yogurts, due to the complex compound and peculiar structure. For this purpose solid-phase micro extraction (SPME) technique was developed and coupled to subsequent gas chromatography?mass spectr...

THE USE OF SOIL MESOFAUNA FOR ASSESSMENT OF SOIL ECOSYSTEM

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Tukenova, Z.A., Alimzhanova, M.B., Kazybaeyeva, S. Zh.)

Mesofauna is the most numerous part of soil animals. Mesofauna, along with other soil organisms, can be used as a bioindicator. In addition to the high abundance, tangible biomass and widespread occurrence, the mesofauna is characterized by the ability to respond quickly to changes in the ecosystem, the availability of species identification and the possibility of using the quantitative characteristics associated with the availability of standard conventional isolation methods for comparison. The inhabitants of th...

CONFIGURATION OF SOURCES OF EARTH-S MAGNETIC FIELD OBTAINED BY SOLVING INVERSE MAGNETOMETRY PROBLEM

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Owczarek, Eliza, Corbu, O., CRETU, R. C., Krylov, P., Antonenko, V.)

Sources of magnetic field are often approximated by dipoles or current loops, however it this work they are approximated by magnetized prisms instead, which is possible due to equivalency between magnetized objects and currents. Distribution of effective magnetization is then obtained by solving inverse magnetometry problem using the adaptive method of refining the unknown values based on discrepancy between initial values and model values. Z-components of Earth?s magnetic field in IGRF-2005 model in geocentric co...
