The ArcGIS software from ESRI contains tools for interpolation of raster surfaces from point data. There are four classical interp olation methods: IDW, spline with tension, regularized spline, and kriging in the “3D analysis” toolbox in the “Interpolation method” toolset in the ArcCatalog application.
