The aim of the paper is created the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)/Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) under uncertainty of the production of rare earth elements (REEs), from the European sources, mainly neodymium, cerium and lanthanum obtained from secondary sources, considered now as waste.
