THE STUDY OF THE DYNAMICS OF THE ACCUMULATION OF NUTRIENTS AND ANTI-NUTRIENTS IN THE GREEN MASS OF AMARANTH

(STEF92 Technology, 2023-10-01, Svetlana Valerevna Obraztsova, O. V. Bondareva, Т. В. Свиридова, Ekaterina Anokhina, Г. П. Шуваева, О. С. Корнеева)

A comparative assessment of the amount of protein and anti-nutritional substances in the green mass of amaranth during the growth and development of the crop was carried out. It has been established that the content of nutritional and anti-nutritional components depends on the phase of plant development. The largest amount of oxalic and phytic acids, mg%: 79 and 156, respectively, was contained at the beginning of flowering of amaranth, tannins 75 mg% - at the beginning of budding, nitrates 7.4 mg% - at the beginn...

THE INFLUENCE OF FUCOSE-CONTAINING COMPONENTS IN THE COMPOUND FEED ON THE FISH-BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF STURGEON LARVAE

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-11-20, Ekaterina Anokhina)

In recent years, numerous works have been devoted to sturgeon breeding. One of the reproduction problems of sturgeon fishes is the low survival rate of larvae and fry, which is associated with the impact of various negative factors on the growth and viability of the young in the early stages of its development. One of the ways to increase the viability of sturgeon larvae is to introduce components into the starting compound feed that regulate metabolic processes, including the resistance of early juveniles to unfa...
