The qualitative and quantitative composition of biomass of microorganisms has been studied in key points of artificial biocenosis: water filter, duckweed and pond snail. Metagenomic studies have shown the presence of Bacteroides and Proteobacteria types in all examined systems, however, specific representatives - Actinobacteria, Cyanobacteria, and Bacilliwere also found, respectively.
