ASSESSMENTS OF THE DRY PERIOD IN DAIRY COWS FROM MOUNTAIN AREA

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, PH. Roger Catalin Manea, Laur Manea)

The research in dairy cows in mountain aria demonstrated that the arithmetic average of the mammary repose period is about 62 days. This value is very close to the desired value of cow breeders. Very high value of the coefficient of variation (57.28%) shows that we are dealing with an average resulting from compensation. This theory is supported by very large difference of about 13 days between arithmetic and probable average of dry period. Probable average is 49 days to 311 registered cows, preceded by a shorter ...

LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE ENZYME AND ITS IMPLICATIONS IN CHEMICAL STRESS SITUATIONS

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Laur Manea, PH. Roger Manea, Ole Martin Eklo)

Enzymes are major components of organism defense against toxic chemicals in their environment. Despite the passage of more than 200 million years of life presence these enzymes now play an important role in detoxifying chemicals man-made addiction and it may be a useful biomarker. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH or LD) is intracellular enzyme year found early in all living cells (animals, plants, and prokaryotes). LDH catalyzes the conversion of pyruvic acid to lactic acid and back, as it converts NAD + to NADH and bac...

PHOSPHATEMIA AN IMPORTANT BIOMARKER OF MINERAL DEFICIENCIES IN ANIMALS

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Laur Manea, PH. Roger Manea)

The serological metabolic investigations of absorption disorders seek to explain how changes in the ratio Ca: P of 0.75 to 1.2: 1 from cattle can influence movements the hindquarters. A question frequently involved is represent at digestive disorders and liver adversely affect the level of phosphatase or produce excess ammonia that blocking phosphorus by combining with stable phosphoric acid, so hypophosphatemia is considered mayor pathogenesis factor of rickets and osteomalacia, but also to paralysis of hindquart...

THE ECONOMIC EFFECTS OF REPRODUCTIVE FERTILITY RELATED WITH AGE HEIFERS IN MOUNTAIN ARIA

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, PH. Roger Catalin Manea, Laur Manea)

The research conducted at farms in mountain areas have shown that the average age at first calving is 849.15 days (28 months and 5 days). The variability of this index is extremely large with the minimum of 570 days (19 months) and a maximum of 1350 days (45 months). It follows that the average age at first breeding would be 18 months and 10 days. At first glance this figure fits perfectly within the limits recommended by the literature, but the reality is different. Because of the desire to have the calving group...
