The paper is part of an important Scientific Research Project, VALINTEGR 2018-2020, in which some food supplements from the Cannabis Sativa and Helianthus tuberosus residues will develop. This study highlights the influence of some processing processes on the activity of some oxidoreductases from Canabis Sativa.
