ccording to Environment Report 2004, eight main areas with most violated environment can be identified in Slovak republic. Among those areas are also regions with mining and raw mineral processing, e.g . Jel\vsavsko -luben\'\icka, Rudniansko-gelnick\'a, Ko\vsicko-pre\vsovsk\'a a Zempl\'\inska regions.
