ISSUES RELATED TO UPDATING THE CADASTRE IN THE COURSE OF BUILDING PROCESS

(STEF92 Technology, 2019-06-20, Marcin Karabin)

The way of maintenance and updating the real estate cadastre is regulated, at present, by the Act of May 17,1989, The Law of Geodesy and Cartography [6] and by the decree of the Minister of Regional Development and Building Industry of March 29,2001 ? the cadastral law [1]. Updating the cadastre at the stage of setting out a building object is of particular importance; it has specified tax effects. Usually, the charge due to a property tax is increased what results from the real discontinuation of agricultural act...

RESEARCH ON THE UNIFORMITY OF PREPARING MAPS FOR DESIGN PURPOSES USING SELECTED TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

(STEF92 Technology, 2019-06-20, Marcin Karabin)

More than 400 geodetic and cartographic documentation centres are active in Poland; they are maintained by starosts (heads of districts) and presidents of cities with rights of districts at the level of heads of districts, or cities with rights of districts. In particular cases those centres are maintained at the municipal level, if a relevant agreement has been concluded with a mayor or a president of a city which is not a district. At present the method of producing maps for design purposes is regulated by two l...

A CADASTRAL MAP IN POLAND - THE PROPOSAL BASED ON ANALYSIS OF CADASTRAL MAPS IN SELECTED COUNTRIES

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Marcin Karabin, Robert Luczynski, Magdalena Karabin-Zych)

The authors of the paper compare the most important features of cadastral systems with respect to their information content included in the graphical part of the cadastre, i.e. on a cadastral map. The performed analysis covered selected countries, such as: Poland, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Lithuania. Examples of cadastral maps from analysed countries are presented in the paper. Basing on performed analyses the authors prepared a list of the basic data which ...

EXAMINATION OF THE UNIFORMITY OF GNSS MEASUREMENTS BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF POST-IMPLEMENTATION TECHNICAL INVENTORY OF BUILDINGS

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Marcin Karabin, Magdalena Karabin-Zych)

using GNSS methods. Polish legal regulations concerning the standards of topographic and altimetric surveys only obligate to perform control measurements on at least two points of a horizontal control, located within the distance not longer than 5 km from the surveyed points. Those control measurements should be performed before or during the session of GNSS surveys. Legal regulations in Poland do not specify other technical parameters of GNSS measurement, such as the required number of observed satellites, the pe...

THE ISSUE OF CONNECTING 3D BUILDING MODELS BASED ON ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTATION WITH THE STATE COORDINATE SYSTEM

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Marcin Karabin, Pawel Pedzich)

Currently in many countries developments of simple 3D building models in cadastre are usually based on information concerning building outlines from a digital cadastral maps and on the number and the average height of floors registered in cadastre (so called пїЅ пїЅ3D Model General FloorпїЅ). If it is possible architectural projections of buildings and premises are used for development of such 3D models. In this variant so called пїЅ3D Model By FloorsпїЅ пїЅ created model must be connected with the state coordinat...
