A STUDY OF DEGRADATION RATE AND STRENGTH OF BIODEGRADABLE COMPOSITES

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Guzel Ilalova, Nour R. Galyavetdinov, Ruslan Safin, Shamil Mukhametzyanov, Р. Р. Хасаншин)

Samples of biodegradable composite material obtained by mixing a biodegradable polymer (PLA) as a matrix and chopped fine wood as a filler were developed. The filler in the samples was preliminary thermally modified at various temperatures. Composites were studied for biodegradation in alkaline solutions of NaOH and KOH. It was found that the biodegradability of pure PLA was significantly lower than that of composites based on PLA and a wood filler. In addition, the experiments revealed that by adjusting the degre...

CRYOGENIC CRUSHING OF BIRCH FUNGUS

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Ruslan Safin, Evgeny Razumov, Ekaterina Baigildeeva, Albina Safina, Valeriy Gubernatorov)

Chaga is a perennial parasitic fungus of the Hymenochaetaceae family that lives on the bark of aged birch trees. Chaga contains a comprehensive set of substances that are essential for humans. In this context, the Chaga mushroom is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. Chaga containing drugs are generally used as anti-inflammatory and restorative. Chaga can also be used as part of the complex treatment of tumors of various localization, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it helps to mobilize the body's ...

ULTRAVIOLET TREATMENT FOR IMPROVING WOOD FILLER PHYSICAL PROPERTIES IN COMPOSITE PRODUCTION

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Guzel Ilalova, Ruslan Safin, Shamil Mukhametzyanov, Raliya Khasanshina, Natalia V. Kraysman)

It is known that laminated wood structures are widely used in construction industry due to the advantages of the resulting monolithic composition. However, despite the large number of positive qualities, wood as a filler has certain disadvantages that can reduce the service life of products made of a wood composite material. Thus, wood filler in the process of hardening and drying of composite material, as well as during operation of structures made of this material, can alternately shrink and swell depending on a...

EFFECT OF PROCESS PRESSURE ON THE YIELD OF PRODUCTS AND THE DURATION OF THE PROCESS OF THERMOCHEMICAL PROCESSING OF WOOD WASTE

(STEF92 Technology, 2019-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

The development of industry is always accompanied by an increase in the negative impact on nature. A variety of waste generated at the production stage for a long time is stored, accumulated and transformed. This is especially true for organic waste, the amount of which is steadily increasing as the industry develops. In this regard, the issue of their processing is becoming increasingly important. Currently, one of the optimal types of organic mass processing is pyrolysis. However, in most cases, thermochemical p...

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING HIGH-QUALITY NATURAL BIODEGRADABLE PLASTIC FOR 3D PRINTER

(STEF92 Technology, 2019-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

3D plastic is a modern three-dimensional printing material that is very popular among home and professional 3D printers using layer-by-layer fusing technology (FDM). Today, in professional three-dimensional modeling, two main types of plastic thread are used - synthetic ABS and biodegradable PLA, which are converted into finished products in industrial FDM printers. Products from 3D printer are usually single-action models, which must be disposed of after use. However, synthetic polymers are not able to decompose ...

EFFECT OF GROWTH CONDITIONS ON QUALITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CHAGA MUSHROOM

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the output of essential components from the Chaga fungus, depending on the growth conditions. The study compares the samples of Chaga mushroom grown in two different regions of Eurasia - Eastern Siberia and Western Belorussia. Classical method of extracting was used to get water extraction of Chaga; the method suggests that distilled water is poured into a flask with grind Chaga in a ratio of 1:6 and further put in a chamber for 5 hours at a constant temperature of 70В°...

DYNAMICS OF MASS OF A SAMPLE IN THE COURSE OF OSCILLATING VACUUM AND CONDUCTIVE DRYING OF TIMBER

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

Modern drying of wood remains one of the basic engineering procedures influencing the quality, product cost and duration of production cycle at the woodworking entities. The drying equipment often has evolutionary nature of development. It is generally reached due to upgrade of the existing complex of the drying equipment, however the use of innovative technologies is necessary for increase in high-quality, regime and also energy efficient indicators. The analysis of theory of drying, technologies of various proce...

INTENSIVE TECHNOLOGY OF CREATION OF THE HIGH-STRENGTH AND MOISTURE RESISTANT PLYWOOD MATERIALS

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

The increased requirements to the strength of products from glued wood, in particular to plywood are imposed at the modern wood processing factories. The data on the development of high-strength plywood materials with the use of new intensive technologies are presented in the article. For creation of high-strength plywood polarization is used in the course of production of plywood. Polarization was carried out by means of fixed electric field. It is revealed that process of polarization exerts positive impact on a...

MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF SPEED OF VACUUM DRYING OF TIMBER

(STEF92 Technology, 2017-06-20, Ruslan Safin)

One of the directions of rational use of energy resources in the field of drying of wood is the use of the managed heat pumps having the considerable potential for reduction of primary energy consumption when drying. Heat pumps can be used in combination with traditional fuel or electricity as an additional power source, or to act as the independent generator of heat and at the same time as draining device. The advantage of heat pumps is lower energy consumption for each unit of remote moisture, more exact managem...
