THE IMMUNE PROFILE FEATURES OF THE CHILDREN'S POPULATION IN THE NORTH OF SIBERIA

(STEF92 Technology, 2021-12-20, Yulia Chelakova, Оleg V. Dolgikh, Nina Zaytseva)

An immunological diagnostic examination of 255 children permanently residing in the zone of influence of exogenous haptens and the intense climate of the Arctic was performed. The control group consisted of 130 children living in the territory beyond the influence of exogenous chemical and climatogeographic factors. Determination of total serum immunoglobulins G, A, M was performed using the Mancini radial immunodiffusion reaction. The concentration of total IgE, neuron-specific enolase and VEGF was determined usi...

FORECASTING OF POTENTIAL HAZARD OF COBALT (II, III), ALUMINUM AND MAGNESIUM OXIDES FOR OBJECTS OF ENVIRONMENT AND BIORGANISMS WITH AN ASSESSMENT OF BIOACCUMULATION

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-12-20, М. С. Степанков, Nina Zaytseva, Marina Zemlyanova, А. М. Игнатова)

Based on the nanomaterials market research, the global production of cobalt (II, III) oxide (Co3O4), aluminum oxide (Al2O3) and magnesium oxide (MgO) nanoparticles is large-scale (> 100 tons/year), which leads to their contamination of environmental objects and accumulation in organisms. Research and scientific forecasting of the potential hazard and the features of the accumulation of Co3O4, Al2O3, and MgO nanoparticles have been carried out. According to the research results of the physical properties of the tes...

STUDY AND ASSESSMENT OF ACCUMULATION AND TOXICITY OF CALCIUM OXIDE NANOPARTICLES INGESTED BY ORAL ADMINISTRATION

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Nina Zaytseva, Marina Zemlyanova, М. С. Степанков, А. М. Игнатова)

The research and evaluation of calcium oxide nanoparticles? (CaO) accumulation and toxicity when ingested orally were carried out. The results, obtained after the study of CaO nanopowder by scanning electron microscopy method, demonstrate, that a large proportion of particles in its composition have a size of up to 100 nm, a rounded shape and a smooth surface, while the microparticles of the chemical analog have a cubic shape with a rough surface. According to the death rate, LD50 values were calculated for male W...
