ENHANCEMENT OF THE GEOPOTENTIAL OF SOLID MINERAL DEPOSITS

(STEF92 Technology, 2025-08-15, Evgenii Khoiutanov, С. М. Ткач, Vladislav Fedorov)

The article examines the issues of effectiveness improving of use of geopotential of solid mineral deposits based on increasing knowledge about geological resources. The authors reveal the theoretical basis of the category -geopotential-. Special attention is paid to the features of cluster structure of deposits, where in the contours of the mining there are up to fifty and more percent of empty rocks and substandard reserves. The article proposes to keep account of natural patterns of mineral matter distribution,...

NATURAL RESOURCES AND EXPERT ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES IN YAKUTIA

(STEF92 Technology, 2025-08-15, N. S. Batugina, Evgenii Khoiutanov, Vladislav Fedorov)

This study aimed to identify the level and extent of use of environmental management principles (45 principles) in the productive and economic activities of mining enterprises, in normative and reference documents, in scientific articles and monographs related to the problem of natural resource economy of Yakutia. The paper presents the questionnaire drawn up to obtain expert assessments for examining the use of environmental management principles in research and practice. The experts were scientists and specialis...

SOURCES AND WAYS OF REDUCING THE ERRORS IN THE ESTIMATION OF QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF RESERVES OF ALLUVIAL DEPOSITS

(STEF92 Technology, 2025-08-15, Evgenii Khoiutanov, С. М. Ткач, Yurii Andreev)

The article considers the systematic errors of estimation of reserves and average contents of useful component in exploration of alluvial deposits of nesting, tape, etc. structures. The article identifies and evaluates the main components of systematic errors in the assessment of mineral content, useful and harmful components in alluvial deposits based on theoretical, experimental and generalized published works: insufficient density of the exploration network; error due to unrepresentative sample size. These erro...

ASSESSMENT AND PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF COAL RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF THE NORTH-EAST ARCTIC ZONE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA)

(STEF92 Technology, 2024-11-15, Evgenii Khoiutanov, N. S. Batugina, Vladislav Fedorov, Yurii Andreev)

The article analyzes the mineral and raw material base of coal deposits of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), all of them were explored in the Soviet time in the middle of 40-50 years. The paper presents a comparative characteristic of the geographic and economic, mining and geological and geotechnological conditions of coal deposits in the basins of north rivers Jana and Indigirka. The qualitative characteristics of the coals have been studied, which showed that from the point of view of consumer...

COAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE ARCTIC REGIONS OF YAKUTIA: SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY

(STEF92 Technology, 2024-11-15, N. S. Batugina, Evgenii Khoiutanov)

The article analyzes the main problems associated with the import of fuel and energy resources to the Arctic regions of Yakutia. The article considers existing multi-link schemes of fuel delivery to the final consumer, the main disadvantages of which are significant transportation time and a large share of logistics costs as well as environmental impact on northern rivers (Lena, Kolyma, Indigirka). High transport costs are shown to increase cost per ton of fuel and energy resources by 3-5 times. The paper shows th...

NORTH EASTERN YAKUTIA GOLD MINERAL RAW MATERIAL BASE: ANALYSIS, EVALUATION AND PROSPECTS

(STEF92 Technology, 2023-10-01, N. S. Batugina, Evgenii Khoiutanov)

The paper presents a detailed review of ore and alluvial gold mineral raw material base of North East of Yakutia and estimates the economic efficiency of development of gold deposits not involved in the exploitation. Research methods: analysis and comparison, qualitative and quantitative features of the mineral raw material base of Yakutia, formed and replenished databases on a number of deposits of the region; methods of analogy, economic-statistical, methods of system analysis and decision support, evaluation of...

ASSESSMENT OF THE EXTENT AND NATURE OF CLUSTERING OF ALLUVIAL GOLD DEPOSITS IN YAKUTIA

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Natalia Batugina, Sergey Tkach, Evgenii Khoiutanov)

Numerous geological observations indicate that alluvial deposits (gold, tin, diamonds, polymetalles, etc.) have a cluster structure, both in general and in local areas. Up to 80 ? 90 % of the reserves of useful components can be contained in 10 ? 25 % of the volume of traditionally recovered sands. The purpose of the study is to assess the extent and nature of the clustering of reserves in dredged gold deposits. Main methods of researches: analysis and generalization of information of the features on the structure...
