The paper deals with an evaluation of flotation application suitability in the sludge decontamination from the Cerny Prikop stream situated in the City of Ostrava (Czech Republic). Application of flotation on the given samples is highly effective and the acquired results are excellent. We used 2 conventional flotation collectors (Montanol 551, Flotakol).
